This app is very helpful to keep up on your prescriptions and when they're due for refills I appreciate how if I don't refill something then publix will text me to notify me that I have a refill that's due for refill.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. It is also the first time I dealt with them. The app is unless as it tell me to create an account AFTER I created the account. When I tried to sign it it told me I have no account. When I try to create an account, it tells me I already have an account. I called directly to Publix Pharmacy, and they had my information and said my account was active. I had fy first prescription sent tp Publix at Town and Country. I received a text tell

First of all I LOVE my Publix Pharmacy!!! Unfortunately I feel the experience is diminished by the app. There should be an option to turn auto refills on and off. Most other pharmacy apps have this feature. I continually have to ask the pharmacist to add auto refill to my prescriptions and then for some mystery reason the auto refill gets removed. EDIT: Lilly, my issue is with the app, NOT the store! The pharmacy is amazing! The app is not! Again, there is no option to toggle auto refills!

No way to see if you have a new prescription being processed and no way to auto refill on this app Walgreens is much better but a pain to deal with in store
