Very easy to get refills and pay online. I like getting an email also, telling me that my prescriptions are ready.

Best pharmacy we've used in years. This app keeps me updated, is easy to use, and makes services quick. Yet I see the response from the larger Publix Stores completely missed the mark. My review was of the Publix Pharmacy app. George Jenkins might not be pleased. I had a chance to get to know him, but we never got together - my loss. GK

Decent app except it will not auto log you out, ever. You come, come back days later and still be logged it. This is a huge security issue. For the past several weeks this app shows "come back later" msg. If continued, it reports wrong prescription data. Have to log in now via browser.

Consistent issues, does not reflect accurate up-to-date notifications or status on my end since last update. Prior to update it was great. I keep the app updated. Several times have requested refills only to be told by the pharmacy they have not received it. They have even agreed that they are issues with the app

First of all I LOVE my Publix Pharmacy!!! Unfortunately I feel the experience is diminished by the app. 1. There should be an option to turn auto refills on and off. Most other pharmacy apps have this feature. I continually have to ask the pharmacist to add auto refill to my prescriptions and then for some mystery reason the auto refill gets removed. 2. The app is very slow! 3. Lack of detail when there's an issue with a prescription. *** There are more uses, but I'm out of characters!
