I can't say enough how much I love FHCP insurance and their pharmacies. The pharmacy app is easy to use. You can order refills, see rx details, it shows when it's processing and when it's ready to pick up, and you can use this with mail order too. I've never had a bad experience when I call the pharmacy or customer service on the insurance side. Easy to use app. Amazing company!

No prescription number was recognized. Can't enter meds I've been on for years.

The app is very generic and glitchy. Meds disappear often, and you can't see the running total of deductibles or prior authorizations.

Refilling a prescription through the app & definitely by scan doesn't work! This needs to be fixed!!

I am unable to fill controlled medications on the MyRX app (even though there are refills). Therefore, I have to go to the My Chart app and request the medication. HOWEVER, in the My Chart app the request goes directly to the doctor, NOT THE PHARMACY. Now I have the same medication in my chart several times. Not very convenient at all.
