While the people I have talked to have been nice on the phone, they are unable to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. As I have called a couple of times to check the status of refills I requested, and it has been 5 days, and they still show as being refilled. I have had to cut my dosage to try and keep at least taking something for my high blood pressure. Also, I have tried a dozen times to verify my phone number for texts by typing Y, and it never verifies.

Won't accept password. I know it's the correct login and password combo because it works online. Just not in the app.

The App can't seem to find my local CVS, either by its street address or by the town, or by CVS, or by the "locate on the map" feature, and it can't seem to find Pharmacy Advantage's address or name either. So, I can't seem to install it! Frustrating!
