The only thing that bothers me is the list of every prescription (multiple of the same prescription). To find the most recent ones that have refills remaining. As far as the pharmacy itself, it's great. There is not a line around the building in and out, and the same staff is a major plus

HORRIBLE! Forgot Password, and it is impossible for the screen to allow me to type anything in it. I uninstalled app and reinstalled, and it is still doing the same thing. I can not get to my medications whatsoever! Very annoying.

All of a sudden, the app stopped working. It will not open anymore, so I can't even put in any of my refills. I don't like this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn't resolve the problem.

I need this app, which makes it unfortunate that it has some glaring issues. The most annoying thing about this app is that it keeps your list of prescriptions even when they're expired or out of refills. I've only been using Marc's pharmacy since 2023. I'd hate to be someone who used it for a decade. It's also annoying to send in a refill request and see the prescription disappear from the app entirely, and you're left wondering if your prescription is going to get refilled or not.
