The Weis App is easy to use & quick. It takes you through logical steps & quickly shows you everything you need to know, e.g., list of all your meds, what's ready for refill, dates your other meds will be ready for refill. Plus, they let you choose your pickup time: ~ 20 choices from today, tomorrow, or the next day. This really is customer service. I swear, I don't work for them. It's just that it's so much better than my old pharmacy of the past decade (rhymes with DVS).

Sign in is constantly broken. Tells you it's the wrong password repeatedly even when using the temporary reset password they email you. Cant access your account. Completely useless app

I hate this app. It doesn't let me delete medications I no longer take. It doesn't give me accurate information on if a prescription refill is in process. It won't tell you if there's a problem with a refill request. It feels like this is a relic from the late 90s coding wise. There is nothing intuitive about the app at all, and the frustrations it gives me alone are enough to make me reconsider my pharmacy.
