The information especially for certain prescriptions on when it was last filled etc. is very often incorrect for me. For instance, it will say a medication was "last sold" several months ago when I get it filled at their pharmacy every month. The quantity sold is sometimes different from what the Dr ordered. Sometimes my doctor sends over a script, and it gets lost in the system somehow, and they have to go back and forth with my provider to get it which can leave me without meds.

I hate this app. It doesn't let me delete medications I no longer take. It doesn't give me accurate information on if a prescription refill is in process. It won't tell you if there's a problem with a refill request. It feels like this is a relic from the late 90s coding wise. There is nothing intuitive about the app at all, and the frustrations it gives me alone are enough to make me reconsider my pharmacy.

Sign in is constantly broken. Tells you it's the wrong password repeatedly even when using the temporary reset password they email you. Cant access your account. Completely useless app
