The staff I encountered was super unhelpful... I moved to Germany literally 2 days ago and my skills are not top-notch and need a bit of polishing, but the lady didn't bother to ask what I'm more comfortable with (I know someone else who has just been given the option to go through with the process in English). She asked me to show the front side of my passport, which I did... She then said no, I should open it, which I did... She still said no and instead of trying to explain she just hang up...

The worst experience ever! More than 50 attempts to activate my SIM card – every single time they hung up as soon as they heard my accent or saw my foreign ID. No explanation, no help, no respect. Just veiled ****** and absolutely terrible customer service. Shame on ALDI TALK. I strongly advise any foreigner to avoid this provider completely.

Very frustrating experience. Waste of time. Call center doesn't help customers and hangs up on you. 1st day: tried for one hour, failed, did not even get a video call. 2nd day: tried again. The first employee hung up on me, no reason given. The second employee told me "you didn't enter your full name with middle names". I asked where I should correct it. They hung up. The call center clearly maximizes calls completed per hour but does not care about actually helping the customer.

It just kept saying "Please try again" for a week straight, with the store claiming it's all Median Mobile's responsibility and the latter claiming the opposite. Nice. And no, using the website didn't change anything. A dedicated App should at least be able to tell you, why you're supposed to try again later. And the whole shenanigans with pretending it isn't your responsibility from both sides here is beyond bad customer service.
