Comments on ALDI TALK Registration for Android

★★★★★ Wes · Jan 3, 2026

Fast and easy. The customer service rep is also pleasant and efficient.

★★★★★ Dhia Ben Hamouda · Mar 5, 2026

Very professional. Very swift. Super easy and direct process.

★★★★☆ Lorelle Hoffman · Aug 23, 2026

I don't know if there is an option to upgrade your tariff plan later on, after the initial registration, but U think customers should be given the option. Also, I think it would be nice if somewhere there was an option to switch languages as you navigate through the app.

Why does the app give you a pop-up window to download the same app again? It also crashed on the identification step, which wasted my time.

★☆☆☆☆ Led Zepaholic · Dec 19, 2025

Very frustrating experience. Waste of time. Call center doesn't help customers and hangs up on you. 1st day: tried for one hour, failed, did not even get a video call. 2nd day: tried again. The first employee hung up on me, no reason given. The second employee told me "you didn't enter your full name with middle names". I asked where I should correct it. They hung up. The call center clearly maximizes calls completed per hour but does not care about actually helping the customer.

★☆☆☆☆ Ey Wes · Jan 29, 2026

It just kept saying "Please try again" for a week straight, with the store claiming it's all Median Mobile's responsibility and the latter claiming the opposite. Nice. And no, using the website didn't change anything. A dedicated App should at least be able to tell you, why you're supposed to try again later. And the whole shenanigans with pretending it isn't your responsibility from both sides here is beyond bad customer service.
