I don't know if there is an option to upgrade your tariff plan later on, after the initial registration, but U think customers should be given the option. Also, I think it would be nice if somewhere there was an option to switch languages as you navigate through the app.

The staff I encountered was super unhelpful... I moved to Germany literally 2 days ago and my skills are not top-notch and need a bit of polishing, but the lady didn't bother to ask what I'm more comfortable with (I know someone else who has just been given the option to go through with the process in English). She asked me to show the front side of my passport, which I did... She then said no, I should open it, which I did... She still said no and instead of trying to explain she just hang up...

It just kept saying "Please try again" for a week straight, with the store claiming it's all Median Mobile's responsibility and the latter claiming the opposite. Nice. And no, using the website didn't change anything. A dedicated App should at least be able to tell you, why you're supposed to try again later. And the whole shenanigans with pretending it isn't your responsibility from both sides here is beyond bad customer service.

Very frustrating experience. Waste of time. Call center doesn't help customers and hangs up on you. 1st day: tried for one hour, failed, did not even get a video call. 2nd day: tried again. The first employee hung up on me, no reason given. The second employee told me "you didn't enter your full name with middle names". I asked where I should correct it. They hung up. The call center clearly maximizes calls completed per hour but does not care about actually helping the customer.

I attempted to register my ALDI SIM card through the required video call authentication process. However, each time I started the call, the agent ended it immediately after seeing my face. This happened three times in a row. I felt deeply disrespected and believe I was treated unfairly, possibly due to my skin color. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and disappointing. I ask Aldi to take this issue seriously and ensure fair and respectful service for all customers, regardless of their back

Like what you register, and then you notice nothing happened support ppl then tell you they can't register automatic idents which are the standard feature.
