Comments on Alert Valley Metro® for Android

★★★★★ Jacob VanDeKerk · Dec 15, 2021

This was a must-have when spoting unwanted objects on the bus, which I take on a standard basis. The picture feature helps when reporting the operations for review.

★★★★★ Ashley AZ Mom · Dec 12, 2018

Great idea! Get alerts and report Suspicious activity.

★★★★★ Angel Lozada · Nov 27, 2023

Use this everyday as I take the train to work.

★★☆☆☆ Kyle Kubaska · Oct 20, 2023

App is kind of useless. Most times, by the time they actually respond, the situation is over or person is gone. Wouldn't need the app if they had better security and if they trained their people to be more observant. Literally saw one guy miss a bag with mickey tall boys in it, and an intoxicated guy with a big gulp cup. Most decently trained security would put two and two together. They don't communicate well either. Sometimes fair checks are done several times within a few stops, or not at all

The location field is exceedingly deficient. Not all the transit centers are listed. There's no option for buses. Also, complaints for drivers seem to go into a black hole. You respond to maintenance requests immediately, but I have never received a response for complaints about drivers. Also, the facility for entering important information to identify driver issues is deficient. And, calling the # for transit to complain about drivers is pointless after hours. There is no clear process here.

Really nice idea but, I wanted it for safety Not to get alerts. Can't turn those alerts off or even silence them. Also, the app froze my phone, and I finally took it off. Hopefully it will be fixed because I would like to have it operational and without the alerts. Just allowing the user to report. Thank you
