Recent improvement update made it much better. Once a report is made Metro can communicate in variety of ways . Text email it through app orders. My only reason nor giving 5* is they bc someone continues communicating w you via media you've asked them not to

I like the idea of this app, but when attempting to install it to report a 5150 racially harassing and threatening violence against another passenger on the bus, it installed but wouldn't load. Great timing for this not to work as the bus driver seems to be limited in what she can do, having ordered the individual off the bus and threatened to call her "supervisor" when what's needed is an intervention by a mental health team to get some help for the individual in question.

What the point if it doesn't work when you need it. It's been a month, and it still says server error. Text messages do not confirm whether they have been received or taken care of. I guess if it doesn't work, you can always say, "What crime? We have no complaints." Especially when it seems to be designed to not accept any, not help or watch anything. More like a placebo app.

Not truth worthy at all. All this advertisement about our safety and they don't do anything about the situations when you text them. Might as well invest into your own safety/self-defense gear when taking the metro because these guys clearly don't care about your safety. And whoever is running this app, when the next victim attacked on Metro goes on the news just know that this is all on YOU.
