Recent improvement update made it much better. Once a report is made Metro can communicate in variety of ways . Text email it through app orders. My only reason nor giving 5* is they bc someone continues communicating w you via media you've asked them not to

Just call the cops. Metro has no security. Tried to report a homeless guy threatening people at a bus stop. I was transferred multiple times. Then the bus came and the driver refused to expel the guy. I had to wait for another bus. Mind you, this guy was saying strange, inappropriate threats and such. The Metro is just too filthy and dangerous now. And those worthless Green Shirt Metro Ambassadors are PR fluff, period. Take a cab or call a rideshare.

Not truth worthy at all. All this advertisement about our safety and they don't do anything about the situations when you text them. Might as well invest into your own safety/self-defense gear when taking the metro because these guys clearly don't care about your safety. And whoever is running this app, when the next victim attacked on Metro goes on the news just know that this is all on YOU.

What the point if it doesn't work when you need it. It's been a month, and it still says server error. Text messages do not confirm whether they have been received or taken care of. I guess if it doesn't work, you can always say, "What crime? We have no complaints." Especially when it seems to be designed to not accept any, not help or watch anything. More like a placebo app.
