I really liked the Alice staff app. I really don't like the new app. I can't create tickets and assign them to myself. When you enter the solution you lose it if you don't hit the save button. I don't know it was so much more user-friendly.

1 Logs out when the mobile disconnects from network and need password again to log in 2 Takes alot of time to load 3 No Biometric log in or Google Password kind of autofill

This app signs me out hourly on its own, causing me to miss guest requested tickets for maintenance. I've tried support several times, and they were unable to figure out why the app signs me out so often. If there is a security reason this happens then the minimum auto sign out should be 4 hours of no activity. I literally have to sign in to this app every hour while I am at work. It is very annoyingly unproductive.
