The app is generally good. It will show you your schedule, give reminders, and alert users to new schedules being published. It also has an interface to allow users to update availability, request and manage time off/PTO, view and volunteer for open shifts, and to view their clock hours. Only major improvements I would suggest are a way to export your schedule to the Google/Outlook/Apple calendar apps, and a way to view the whole department's schedules.

It worked a few days ago, and now it keeps saying Invalid API request to server. We have tried resetting the password. We have tried reinviting me to join nothing works.

Blank schedule. Time card works for past days though. So I will give that the one star. Schedule says updates on lock screen. I open it, and it says nothing, even for past days worked

How do you view the Whole schedule? On any other scheduling app I have used in the past, We can all see who is working what day and shift. Quite convenient if you need a shift covered/switch. I do not see Anything on this app that applies to that. I am only able to see my schedule and time card.
