I had used this app a year ago, and it seldom worked. I uninstalled it but then reinstalled it recently. It had an old card number on it and wouldn't accept my new card number. So if I could give no stars, that would be great because it's useless!! Even my insurance company couldn't help me figure out.

I received email in February that app had been updated. Went into play store to update. App hasn't worked since February. I have repeatedly uninstaller & reinstalled numerous times. Recently I contacted Alignment & issue was to be forwarded to the IT department. Not one word back.

Everything looked great when this company started but now when bean counters took over the company, everything is shady. Employees complaining of toxic work environment, dismal amateur phone support, third rate health provider contractors, useless app developers, nondependable transportation contractors etc.
