Can't find UPC scanner. Now it won't let me log in at all; it just keeps looping back to log in page every time I enter username and password. Update---I called in to the number listed in the app, and after explaining the issues, and three transfers, I got a rep who walked me through how to fix.

App is very laggy and slow and doesn't work while in a CVS. Every time I go to CVS, I'm unable to use the scanner to see what's covered. When I scan a bar code, it just continuously loads. When I connect to CVS Wi-Fi, I can't even log into the app at all. It even happens while I'm using my phone's data. How am I supposed to buy things if don't know what I can buy?

UPMC health insurance is a really bad sickening greedy dishonest company. Every phone call proves to me that we need a new healthcare system in this country all together. The only reason we haven't switched is its better to know the devil you know already, and we're old enough to have had other insurance, and they're all dishonest greedy and pretend to do health insurance while filling their pockets. Health insurance isn't about health it's just another scam for the rich to steal from us.

The app is apparently useless now. I sign in and then get rerouted as if I'd never tried to sign. Thankfully, their website is as useless as this app. So I can't access any of my insurance information...

For something, we all rely on, healthcare, this site is trash... all this money they make and charge us, but they can't even make a decent app that actually works? SMH the app doesn't work, and the website isn't any better
