★★★★★ Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use n very convenient. Unfortunately, I was charged twice on a purchase. After buying an umbrella at the Xi'an ancient city wall, we left for the drum tower where I scanned the QR code to buy the ticket. A payment popped up. Thinking that it's for the ticket payment, I approved the payment only to discover it a duplicate payment for the umbrella. Couldn't get a refund as had left the tower n no way to contact Alipay for help. Posting to warn other users.

★★☆☆☆ Register outside China, but it will not let me verify. This App is as good as useless for now. I will find another way

★★☆☆☆ NFC card payment in Alipay is disabled, but it kept popping up to read NFC when NFC is enabled for Google Pay payments. Untrusted app!
