The best proxy service I've used thus far, better than buyer/zen market. Customer service that can provide weight/cost estimates for you, or there's even an option to pay a shipping expert a small fee to figure out how to ship it fastest/cheapest. Ui provides clear steps of the process and photos of what you've ordered. People who are complaining about shipping costs, what did you expect? Did you read b4 clicking? If you are in the US, your complaints are with you know who, not the companies.

I have been a customer there for years (unfortunately). And it's getting gradually worse and there is no stopping to it. The employees there have no common sense anymore, and you need to explain stuff several times, and they still won't do it. Prices change all the time, shipping changes all the time. No more PayPal. All the good shipping lines cancelled. Breaking stuff. Irresponsible packaging. If you find a better one: Try that one first. At least it's not a guaranteed headache like superbly.

Absolutely terrible company, was refused a refund on an order I cancelled and then refused a refund for an order they cancelled - Terrible customer service, please read reviews before trying companies like this to buy from overseas it's very risky. Thank god PayPal exists

Great service, up to the point when something isn't working. I had to fight with them for months and had to turn multiple times to PayPal to get a full refund for wrong products and products, which I haven't received. Additionally, they massively overcharge for shipping. There's still over 150Y locked in my account. I guess I have to turn to PayPal again to see my money. My recommendation, choose another agent.
