I love this proxy app!! This is an excellent app with people working for you, like if they are buying for themselves. They also have people taking pictures of your items before they are shipped. They will tell you if things don't look right. When shipping, they are also out for your safety. This company deserves a hundred 💯 stars 🌟.

Absolutely terrible company, was refused a refund on an order I cancelled and then refused a refund for an order they cancelled - Terrible customer service, please read reviews before trying companies like this to buy from overseas it's very risky. Thank god PayPal exists

I have been a customer there for years (unfortunately). And it's getting gradually worse and there is no stopping to it. The employees there have no common sense anymore, and you need to explain stuff several times, and they still won't do it. Prices change all the time, shipping changes all the time. No more PayPal. All the good shipping lines cancelled. Breaking stuff. Irresponsible packaging. If you find a better one: Try that one first. At least it's not a guaranteed headache like superbly.

Don't use this site! They don't tell you how much shipping costs will be, which they told me was about 8 times the amount of the actual product. I need to wait 24 hours to hear back from anyone! And they won't refund my money back to my DEBIT CARD! THEY ARE TRYING TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO SOME "SUPER BUY BALANCE" WHICH I DO NOT WANT NORE DID I ASK FOR! I WISH I NEVER TOOK THE CHANCE AT BUYING FROM THIS SITE! EVERY SALES APP NEEDS TO CHARGE SHIPPING AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, this is entrapment.
