*UPDATE* 5 months later, I'm now informed that my parcel has been lost. Wow. How excellent. Use this platform at your own risk. ------------ My items never got delivered. They have the items because photos were taken as proof of checking. And nothing afterward. Use at your own risk. Ordered and paid in Jan 2024, and got nothing after 3 months.

I tried to refund something because they took the money out of my account without asking me and I never got the refund it's been a month.

Terrible company. They are refusing to ship products for you even if they're generic or unbranded. I've had multiple packages get returned to the seller by them without my consent or notification, and the original tracking only shows as successfully delivered. Maybe their employees stole my packages? Their customer service has refused to help and only gives generic responses. The sellers refuse to refund unless there's proof of a returned package, so I've paid for products I'll never receive.
