Download the Alive App and start using the benefits of ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, NUS ID, Alive and AliveID to the fullest. With your digital card, you will gain easy access to your Alive profile, discounts, and competitions.
- Your Alive Profile You will activate a digital version of your ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, NUS ID, Alive and AliveID card by signing into the app. You can manage your details, discounts, and competitions in your profile.
- ISIC, ITIC, ITYC, NUS ID, Alive and AliveID By signing into the app, you will get a digital card that you can use to claim discounts on transportation and with our benefit partners, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to the app, you will never miss out on renewing your card, the app will notify you when your current card is near expiry. For now, it is not possible to use your digital card in schools and school systems yet due to technical reasons.
- Insurance Do you have ISIC insurance and are you travelling? No more paperwork. Now you can have all your insurance information and terms and conditions on your phone. Please note that this service is available only in specific countries.
- Discounts Thanks to the app, you can have discounts at your fingertips. Filter discounts by location, type, or quickly go to your favourites, which you can easily save in one click. You will never miss out on any special or limited offers again.
- Competitions You do not have to register for each competition anymore. All you need to enter a competition is to be logged in to your Alive Profile.

Downloading insurance documents requires storage permission. However, there's no storage permission option for the Alive App in settings on my Android 11, so I can't download the documents via the app. Fix this.

It's nice to have a card in the app. There's also a list of discounts which is really practical. However, it still has some bugs - when I scroll through the list, it sometimes just disappears.

The app works well! It is mostly easy to use, but there is still room for improvement. For example, I checked the "Remember me" button, but the app just logged me out. There isn't even a dark mode (or it's just so well hidden that I couldn't find it). It's a shame you can't use it as a physical card; I thought I would be able to use this app instead of a physical card - since all phones these days have an NFC chip.

Why does the app keep logging me out? It's very inconvenient and annoying that every time I'm asked to prove my identity, I have to log in first which takes up too much time.

For some reason, this app has harsher security requirements than most banking apps, making it unnecessarily difficult to install on custom ROMs. If the store detects an unlocked bootloader, it will block you from installing it. It took me quite a while to get it running on my unofficial OS. Yes, it is still possible, so your superfluous requirement doesn't even stop users from using ROMs. It just makes our life harder. If you're going to push unneeded digitalization, at least make it easy for us.

Whoever thought that making isic as an app "only" was a good idea is completely wrong. I want my card to work offline and not be reliant on phone... I don't want to scramble through phone and wait for an app to start to prove I am a student to buy kebab etc. I mean it's not bad to have this as an option, but make people pay extra €8 to have a new card that has new numbers and everything instead of still selling the same tiny stickers that cost them one cent to make is just dumb...
