Trying to find something specific through this app is pain, I know one product is on sale have a link to it. But when trying to find manually via this app, it is not appearing.

Nothing In English and nothing that is United States currency. Had to uninstall, unfortunately. Doesn't even give you the option of English for a language or US for a country

I am very disappointed because I have been trying to contact support for a week now. Everytime I'm trying to open a chat, it says all consultants are busy via chat. I've sent an email numerous times, no response for a week. I've even tried to open a chat exactly at 8 am which is when it says support is available via chat, and at 8:01, it says all agents are busy. This is ridiculous. I need live support!!!!!

Poor service, when using allegro return (Smart), they don't give you any receipt. And in case your return gets lost, you have nothing. In Slovakia, they use sps to transport it to dhl, so if it's lost on sps die you are screwed. I just lost money and damn product. And they calling me liar in email communication. Never go na buy smart again.

Has a very shady subscription (Smart+, that lets you have free deliveries for products that cost more than 50 PLN). By which I mean that if you cancel it - u WILL NOT be able to use it till the end of the month, you just loose access to free deliveries at once. And you don't get any refunds if you actually bought something while having this subscription. Degeneracy. I hope those who made this subscription model burn in hell!
