Allergy Sleuth

Allergy Sleuth is an informational tool that helps you compare product ingredients with your personal allergy, sensitivity and dietary-preference profile.

Scan an ingredient label with the camera or gallery, enter text manually, scan a barcode, or search Open Food Facts. The App separates detected label allergens, “may contain” and cross-contact warnings, your selected sensitivities, and certain additives that require extra attention.

Key features:

- On-device label text recognition
- Custom allergy and sensitivity profiles
- Multiple family profiles
- Barcode and product-name search
- Scan history and favorites
- Emergency and shopping helpers
- Support for 14 languages
- In-app access to advertising privacy choices

Label photographs and recognized ingredient text are not uploaded to a Developer-operated server. Product searches are subject to Open Food Facts privacy practices; ads and technical diagnostics are subject to the relevant Google SDK privacy terms. See the privacy policy linked from the store listing for details.

Important health disclaimer: Allergy Sleuth is an informational aid. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results are not medical advice or a guarantee that a product is safe. Always check the original product label and “may contain” warnings. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For severe or life-threatening allergies, never consume a product based only on an App result.
