I love this app! It helps me anticipate and monitor my symptoms, so I have better control of my allergies. The level of detail helps me pinpoint what I'm reacting to that day. I get personalized reports for the allergens I select, not just a general overview. The Symptom and Medication Trackers enable me to have informed conversations with my doctor about symptoms and treatment. I really like that I can look up forecasts in different cities. Also, the future forecast helps me plan ahead. 10/10!

Closest pollen station is not in my city. Background course make certain print hard to read. Certain print too small. Data on past and future pollen levels is not properly or helpfully updated. I tried entering my asthma drug and the app didn't recognize it. This app upset me instead of calming me by adding empowering info to managey outings. Not ready to be charging for it.

Limited info on free version. Today it says allergy levels are moderate, and low total scores for trees, grasses and spores. You need to pay them to get more specific info. The Weather Network provides more allergy info for free. It's a shame that this app provides so little to the public for free. It's hard to get any allergy info in Canada as it is.

I installed this app 5 days ago, switched to the free trial about 2 days ago. Other than the details of the specific allergens for the current day, and access to the orher features, nothing else has changed. I have not seen any updates or additional details. The data visualizer does not show any data points, Past does not include the past 3 days. There's no breakdowns of allergens in the Future section. I sent feedback 2 days ago and no response yet.

Paid for premium for one year. Could not access anything but basic info. Cancelled subscription. Appear not to be the only one with issues. Have a brand-new phone so not the problem. Very disappointing.
