It is very convenient for me to see a provider this way and instead of deciding to go to the ER in the middle of the night. I can just relax and get through the night and see a provider when it's convenient for me. I have asthma and can pick up viruses a lot. I can't get into to my provider, so this is a great alternative.

Ally Health's support team made it easy to resolve an issue I had activating my account. I was able to contact support via email, and we promptly figured out my last name was spelled incorrectly in their records. Quick spelling correction and my account is activated and my first video appointment is scheduled. I am glad I was able to get this done via email since I have been busy with in person and phone customers at work. Thank you, Maris and the rest of the Ally Health support team.

Your doctors are arrogant and rude and when I asked for a yeast infection medication to go along with my antibiotic because I will get a yeast infection with an antibiotic he refused. Even though I told him that I was going to get a serious yeast infection and over-the-counter medications only make it worse. He refused to believe me and told me that he could either prescribe the antibiotic or not. Very narcissistic behavior and I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken.

Appears not to work on android? Can't save drug allergies if they don't show in the drop-down list. Can't save more than one drug allergy. App dead-ends on the page to select a pharmacy with no way to finalize selection and continue. Literally cannot proceed. Makes the app completely useless.

Doesn't work. Click to call a doctor, and it says It's down to call a different number. Call that number and it goes right to a voicemail
