I was initially skeptical due to the low reviews but app connected to my R3 hybrid easily. Every time I open the app with the Walking pad on, it instantly connects. I've switched between manual and automatic modes with the app, and it worked as expected. I haven't had the treadmill long so haven't tested exhaustively but so far it's worked as advertised. Not as good with extras as other apps (like virtual tours) but being able to connect my Google fit account to transfer the workout is nice!

Only used it for a day so far. Tried on IOS and Android with a Walking Pad R3H+. Basic functionalities work as expected, though interface is a little clunky and could be more intuitive. The Courses seem good, I only tried one just to check it out and did control the pad speed as expected. A suggestion to the courses: When the pad is going to change speeds, an AUDIBLE alert 10 seconds ahead would more useful than the on-screen alert since I'm sure no one is looking at the screen.

1. Often loses connection to walk pad 2. Miscalculates exercise duration which messes up stats 3. The walking pad doesn't stop after the exercise target was achieved 4. Impossible to set target exercise duration to less than 10 minutes 5. The app doesn't pick up information from a paused ongoing exercise if connected after the exercise was paused The first 3 points are dangerous and can cause harm to users, so minus a point for each. Minus 0.5 for each of the rest. Looking forward to the patch!

Update: 17/April/2025: not even with updates to the app the situation has gotten any better, it keeps being the worst Bluetooth connection I've ever faced, if you are going to get one of these, bear in mind the connection is obnoxious, and it will get on your nerves. Unusable sometimes. The application continuously loses connection, walking pad R2 model. Unable to connect back when the treadmill is being used, meaning that the session is not tracked and data lost. Any hopes of fixing that?

The app loses BT connection mid-workout, causing my custom workout to quit. Some screens, like Home, are cluttered with uninteresting links. Google Fit picks up the info, that's useful. BUT the walking pad is great. Quiet …tidy storage…
