The team behind Plan fit are honestly amazing 🙌🏻 I recently came across a slight issue with my account, and when I reached out to them, they were prompt to respond and also resolve the issue. Their communication and customer service were top quality 👌 App itself- I'm using the free version, but I can view a wide range of exercises, tips, advices and workout routines. Very clean, clear and straightforward to use compared to some other apps which I have checked out. 😊

So far, I’m giving it 2 stars. I haven’t worked out in 3 years, and I decided to get back to the gym. Since I didn’t have time to search for an exercise program, I placed my full trust in the app. On my first day at the gym, I tried to follow the recommended program and put in so much effort that I ended up with severe muscle soreness, barely able to move. I thought this was the beginner’s program, but it turns out it’s the same program regardless of whether you’re a beginner or not

Loving the app but 2star because when you make the plan to Target certain areas the stretch session Targets something completely different for an example if you're working your legs it gives you stretches for your arms and back...needs to be fixed for a smooth experience.... Will change if fixed.also should be able to add our own stretches to custom workout plans
