I'm sincerely thankful for this app. It took me ONE single month to see a difference by just doing the daily workouts. Nothing more! REQUEST: Could you pls account for periods? Sometimes it's almost impossible to move certain body areas, and you don't want to skip/replace an exercise bc focusing on that is difficult. +When u ask to rate n exercise you should also ask what it is that makes it easy/hard, to focus on that too rather than only adjusting reps. It'll help avoid usual but imp mistakes.

It's great app. But when I added Jump rope equipment, first exercise was 25 minutes jumping rope, which is impossible for most people. How do I fix that? Edit: Now whole app is not working, always showing error connecting. My internet is working fine, problem is with the app. After new updates app is going downhill with many things not working properly. Today I even missed my workout, it's just not loading anything. I REALLY HATE missing my workout. It was very hard to build habit for me

No HIT 1 set to failure per exercise per session pre-programmed. It has served me well for years, so pretty disappointed. If I made a mistake and missed it, let me know, and I will change the review. If It really doesn't then it stays!
