Before, Musafir prices were good, but now they are too expensive with almost no real discounts. Even compared with other online websites, round-trip prices are higher, sometimes by 300–500 SAR. Also, the September “discount” shows almost the same old prices. Please offer genuine discounts and better prices.

They are doing fraud. Never ever purchase connecting-flight tickets from Almosafer. Even if you have the airline PNR and want to contact the airline directly, the verification code is sent to the Almosafer agent’s email address, not to you. This means you cannot even manage your own booking directly with the airline. Almosafer team, shame on you. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot do anything. The only option they leave you with is to cancel the flight and lose your money.
