I love their stuff! My very first was the Bravo Sling Mini (in black multicar), which I purchased back in July 2021, has held up quite well, and still looks brand new! I load that thing up, too! I just purchased my third bag. Their brand new Bravo Waist Pack! Another sling/waist bag, but a little bigger. I got BIG plans for this one, love it! I wish they did all the Bravo Sling/Waist Series in Black Multicar....

Downloaded the app for the 15% discount. Of which was never offered or applied nor could I even sign in because the account process signed me in with Shopify, then signed me out, then wouldn't allow me to sign back in as I had no password setup.

I just Place an order with 2 different color of zip pouch one is purple and the one is green after placing my order, and it was confirmed the zip pouch color change to both blue.

Very disappointed with ALPACA. The app asks to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites — totally unnecessary for a bag brand. It’s obvious they want you to shop through their app, so they can collect data and target ads. Really disappointing and invasive. Not what I expected from a brand that claims to be premium and customer-focused. One star for putting tracking over trust. I have since then uninstalled the app because of this reason.
