Alpha Caller is a perfect app for us abroad but there should be an easier way of recharging or subscribing to the account, rather than after payment you start messaging and calling for account to be updated, please you guys should make it easier for us, I personally enjoy the app when there cash to make calls

I reacharg my alpha account with paystack I wasn't credited must I send email every time before you people will credit me? Before once I top up with paystack it reflects immediately this app is good but alot of upgrading is needed

Customer care is practically nonexistent for this app. I recharged and never got credited. I called customer care with my SMAT number, it was picked up, but I couldn't hear anything from the other end and my airtime ran out. I called from another network, but all calls went unanswered. Very terrible EDIT: Finally credited after CS intervention

It's a very bad experience not easy to recharge a voucher even with a long process you still not get credited I hope they improve on this with flexibility recharge and ways to reach the help desk for assistance
