Does not work after start up screen you can hear the game, but the screen is black.

Screen immediately goes to black. I can hear it, and it's interactive (if I poke around blindly) but there's no image. When will this bug be fixed?

Just downloaded and it doesn't even work. Literally just opens to a black screen. You can hear the sound and tap things but can't see anything

Despite it being listed here as a common issue this game is still incredibly glitchy. Kiddo got to level 4 with us being able to troubleshoot, but now none of the characters show up. For every single one they are invisible and kiddo can't do the tracing or anything else associated with those levels. The support emails just bounce back. Very upset kiddo and momma here
