I found my kid enjoying it when she first watched the show and downloaded it. But instead of her enjoying, my daughter found a bug. It was blank, no alpha block, no letters showing up.

Just downloaded and it doesn't even work. Literally just opens to a black screen. You can hear the sound and tap things but can't see anything

Despite it being listed here as a common issue this game is still incredibly glitchy. Kiddo got to level 4 with us being able to troubleshoot, but now none of the characters show up. For every single one they are invisible and kiddo can't do the tracing or anything else associated with those levels. The support emails just bounce back. Very upset kiddo and momma here

Doesn't allow subscription from parent account for a child account, unlike other games. If you subscribe from the parents account it doesn't work for the child account. To be clear this makes it unusable unless you upgrade your childs account to an adult account. Other games do the right thing and the sub can be managed through family library. This one does not. Bummer, my 4 yr old loved the demo and I had to explain they can't play it again because it won't let us buy it.
