I found my kid enjoying it when she first watched the show and downloaded it. But instead of her enjoying, my daughter found a bug. It was blank, no alpha block, no letters showing up.

Can't even start the app. It starts with sound, then after 2 seconds black pixelated screen, then it stays black. Doesn't seem to work on my Pixel 9 Pro Fold, neither on normal nor unfolded screen. I can't remember if I paid for this app, but I hope I didn't!

Despite it being listed here as a common issue this game is still incredibly glitchy. Kiddo got to level 4 with us being able to troubleshoot, but now none of the characters show up. For every single one they are invisible and kiddo can't do the tracing or anything else associated with those levels. The support emails just bounce back. Very upset kiddo and momma here

Screen immediately goes to black. I can hear it, and it's interactive (if I poke around blindly) but there's no image. When will this bug be fixed?
