I haven't ordered anything off the app, but I have ordered product online. The app overall looks clean. Looks easy to get around. Only issue in having, I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue, but every time I tap on a product, it keeps opening in layers nonstop. Like the product will keep loading and loading stacking on top of each other. I figured out that if I tap on a product, I have to hit the back button immediately after the second layer so that it stops.

This is great! Intuitive UI, simple, and clean! Can't wait to see what this app becomes! This solved my biggest problem on mobile web, scrolling! (scrolling down the list of products on web constantly got caught on carousels, so had to find blank spaces to place finger to scroll) Just wanted to note, not all rewards are clickable (not sure if that's by design). Also, if you go to order history and try to update cart or go to product details there, it does not update app cart or open in app! :)

You literally can't use the app. It is just constantly refreshing after you click on an item. It's great the outlet is on the app, but how are you supposed to use it if the page won't stop refreshing??

It's an okay app... for a clothing app, the items lack an accurate size guide/fitting description and/or is too poor. This is the most important to me bc I don't want the hassle of returning items, since they are infamous for it. My hype on the app was about something adding value to the shopping experience, but it doesn't. For instance, some items have a size guide that recommend a Large size for a chest of 44", while the model with a 44" chest wears/recommends an M size. Make it make sense!

I love alphabet and was excited for an easier way to shop.... the app layout is nice, but anytime I search for a product and click to look, it glitches out. It keeps reloading the same page dozens of times until it finally errors itself. Then I have to restart the app. It's frustrating to not be able to quickly search for my favorites or click on cart items without everything glitches so hard it's unusable.
