Typically, it's easy to use, and it runs smoothly, but I have frequently experienced very slow processing and the app freezes now and then and doesn't respond at all. Nothing major though! It certainly hasn't stopped me from spending a fortune at Athlete!

Constantly logs me out. I was in the middle of a purchase, was logged in, went to put in my payment method, and it logged me out. When I signed back in, I got to the final checkout screen, and I was signed out again. It happened to me on a previous purchase as well, and I hadn't realized until I couldn't find any of the tracking information. So not only did I have to pay for shipping, I also made no points on a $500 purchase.

Your app won't stop crashing. Click menu - athlete girl - categories - new arrivals - scroll down and app crashes. Not to mention how slow the app is. Please fix this - Signed an App Product Manager

I have never been able to shop using the app. It's always hung. I think I'm going to delete and just use the website. I just updated the app, and it's hung again.
