Old Navy has a nice variety of clothing. I've been pleased with the fit. I'm 5'2" and 174. Some items I wear size L and others size XL. Because of that, I may need to return an item, and returns are easy.

Using the app is definitely a step up from the website. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that I can't see any reviews on the app. It shows the star rating and how many reviews there are, but when you scroll down to look at them, it says "leave the first review!" and there are no reviews. There could be 100s of reviews, but it's still inviting you to leave the first one. I rely on reviews to help me make informed purchases: will this work on my body? Do I need to size up or down?

Cannot sign in to ensure that my email address was corrected. I'm still getting orders sent to my old email address, and I can't log in on the app. Not a great experience.

Don't shop here if you want your items by a certain date. I even paid extra for faster shipping, and it was delivered 11 days late. Customer service did nothing to help, and they were actually kind of rude and treated me like I was an idiot and just kept repeating themselves over and over and didn't actually try to help me resolve the matter. I emailed 3 different emails, and I never heard back from them. Pretty poor customer service. Also, the quality of the items the sell are really terrible now.
