This app is amazing. I like to try clothes on before I buy them as much as possible, and the app makes it easy to track down a piece in my size at nearby stores. If nothing in my size is available nearby, I like that I can put together a cart with great sales and clearance priced clothes. Last but not least, the app shows me the current perks and promotions to help me save money. Great app. Great Old Navy associates. Great clothes.

Using the app is definitely a step up from the website. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that I can't see any reviews on the app. It shows the star rating and how many reviews there are, but when you scroll down to look at them, it says "leave the first review!" and there are no reviews. There could be 100s of reviews, but it's still inviting you to leave the first one. I rely on reviews to help me make informed purchases: will this work on my body? Do I need to size up or down?

I just left the store located in Gulfport Mississippi, and it was my most horrible experience. Staff besides one of cashiers were rude including the manager that I verbalize my discomfort with first cashier, and she didn't even apologize. I really felt humiliated by management. She didn't want to assist me with an order online. Horrible experience. I had been a card member for years and every Old navy store has been wonderful but sadly not this time.
