Very disappointing experience with Westside. One return was initiated 15 days ago, but the item is still not picked up. Another item was picked up, but the refund is still pending, and the app status hasn't been updated. Despite multiple emails, I only receive generic responses and my tickets are marked “resolved” without actually resolving the issue. Very frustrating return and customer support experience.

Soo Frustrating App and In Store Experience, Store representative just ask to download the app for discount, but he is not aware about the discount on app menu. Asking to download app just to increase the app download. So disappointing.

Pathetic experience. They always give the option for the prepaid purchasing but nowhere on the bill they ever mention that the product is prepaid, and they have fraudulent delivery partner. They took the cash from my family member for the product which was already prepaid and no intimation was given prior about the delivery of the product. Westside has the worst customer care services. If you ever report any such fraudulent act. They are not going to respond you well.
