2 staff member at DFC branch playing with the customers by not accepting the return of the yellow sticker ones, I have a problem with them as they did not declare the policy if they have at the time of buying, I left one hour and back for a different staff who accepted the return and credit the amount to my wallet without any issue, how the previous team claims the system will not accept after 3 days for yellow stickers despite the general policy for 14 days with few items' exception,

Very disappointing experience with Brand For Less. Their local last-mile delivery partner “Starlink” is extremely unprofessional, with poor communication and careless handling of customer concerns. Complaints are clearly not taken seriously, and no real action is ever followed up. On top of that, many products show heavily exaggerated RRP prices that feel misleading compared to actual market value. Another frustrating issue is that items randomly disappear from the cart or wishlist without alert

Nice items can be found in here, however the delivery process is very weird. When I order something to be delivered to home, it will be delivered way faster than delivering it to a store (for pickup), which to me doesn't make sense. In general, the delivery time should be faster for both "in store pickup" or "home delivery", and the delivery charge should be always free in a country where the gas prices are really cheap...
