Great app, but the move toward AI-generated models is hurting the shopping experience. It’s now difficult to judge the actual fit and cut, with trousers almost looking identical, and T-shirts... often looking almost the same. You can't tell an oversized article from a slim one. Real model photos give customers much more useful information and could help reduce uncertainty and returns. Please consider bringing them back.

Very disappointed.... there's a flash sales on it but all the items are put of stock!!!.even the timing are not yet.but it shows out of stock? What's the purpose of it if all the stock.items are out of stock?no need to have flash sale if you are fooling your customers. Thanks

Highly Disappointed. I ordered Puma shoes, but when I received them, the size wasn’t right, so I requested a return through the application. However, I couldn’t find any option to track the return, and no one came to pick up the shoes. I eventually left the shoes outside my apartment, and now I don’t know whether they were picked up by the delivery team or if someone took them. The return process needs to be much clearer and more reliable.
