App has been fantastic.! I love that I can track everything in one place, not just my pet's blood glucose levels, but also his daily activities and all our pet and vet info. App is super convenient and gives me real peace of mind knowing I have a full health record for my dog right on my phone. Even if I switch phones, all the data stays safe. App works flawlessly with my monitor, no issues at all so far. It would be great if the monitor name were retained even after logout and login back.

Linking is easy. My phone asks for location to be on as well as Bluetooth and as soon as I turn location on it automatically syncs. If im sinking after the bg and turn the device on you just have to press the buttons to turn Bluetooth on the device on. The only time I had issues with connecting is when I also had the Libra as well. At some point it stopped letting me log data like food and insulin. Won't let me hit the add button. Reinstalling helped.

I like it. It's just that you have to sync every time you take the glucose reading. So if you want to see the results on your phone, and you walk away, you can't see it. The meter has to be next to the phone. I would like it if it just pops up on the phone automatically.

It has really helped me keep on top of my cat’s diabetic readings. Bluetooth setup was pretty hard for me, but it's working fine now. If you are friendly with the app, it's easy to use. I’d like to see smoother navigation in future updates.

Yeah, as many others have said, this app is a bit of a nightmare. Directions are unclear, have to jump through hoops to get anything to work if it doesn't work the first time. This most recent update completely killed the finding of the device via Bluetooth. I've had it stall trying to stabilize Bluetooth received entries, duplicate entries, failure to edit readings, failure to record feedings or insulin injections, failure to update aforementioned items. Just bad.

What a horrible experience. App refuses to stay connected to meter. Can't upload results. Don't bother with the app.
