Not bad. It works. Could you add a dark theme? It's really useful for mobile devices. And you already have login by fingerprint, but why do you need the login button? It would be much more convenient if the scan were offered immediately without unnecessary clicks.

Dear Alta team Please pay attention to the reviews. You are a nice bank, but the UX of your app is terrible. I can't open and see my funds on my account because app says i don't have accounts. How is that possible? Since recently I can not even make a currency exchange, don't you understand that it is a blocker that prevents you from generating higher income? Please take a look what's happening in other countries such as the UAE, Russia or Germany and try to apply it onto your platform.

App stopped working, when I open it and pass finger scan code the app starts blinking and can't find my accounts. I even can't send a support message. Cleaned the cash and all app data, reactivate account again and still the same problem. It is unacceptable for a serious bank application.

I can't pay bills by IPS as it just silently fails after I confirm all the data. When I tried to contact them through the app form it threw me out of the app because of my alleged inactivity, even though I was actually writing my message. Thus, I lost all the entered information. Extremely unreliable - one of the reasons I closed all my accounts in this bank since I can't see any reasons to pay for its inadequate services.
