Having responded to their request to rate the app, I will have to sign in again. If I want to do more than a few actions, I have to sign in on the browser version. The app is now rated with a 1 star because it has permanently messed up my tablet. It told me to set up a screen lock when I tried to make a query about credit and it turned out to be a system screen lock which I can't ever turn off without resetting my tab and losing all my data. High ratings because of sympathy for the institution.

One bug really ruins the experience- the feature where it logs you out when it's not being used actively is far too aggressive. It triggers when you're trying to use autofill on text boxes, it triggers if you're replying to a notification, it even triggers on some of the dialogs that the app itself pops up! In some cases this will lead to login loops, in which the app becomes completely unusable, and the only way out is to uninstall and reinstall. Please fix!

It was fine for about two years... Then would not recognize my fingerprint, and locked me out. Now I am not able to log in at all. Too bad cause it was working perfectly for me.
