The app is horrible! Keeps disconnecting. Can't select folders to choose photos to upload. Picture quality on the frame is great. Please fix this app!!!

Okay picture frame. Terrible app. Want to ask a question using app but it won't let me submit unless I choose a device and no devices show up on list. App will no longer connect to device and I don't want to reset anything because initial setup was a nightmare. Not all my pictures from Google Photos show up in app list. Cant get help on any of this because Feedback option does not work (see above). Extremely frustrated at this point. If you have a choice look to another device...not Frame time.

Only lets you upload 9 photos at a time and only from a single album.

So the app doesn't let you query your albums, you can't select from a specific album, it arranged your pictures in a random order. Good luck finding what you want. Make sure you take nice landscape shots, otherwise they won't look good. No option to log onto a PC to upload via a website. Photos do not automatically sync. There have to be better options than this
