Almost perfect. App needs to be able to be "shared to" from other gallery apps (primarily google photos) to allow for easier photo additions that allow search, or from online photos. App does not allow for longer usernames or emails. I had to use a secondary email account for setup

Everything was working well until the latest update, I no longer can send photos to my frame. Moto 5g 2025 with Android 15. The aluratech team got back to me with a solution that worked. Go to settings on your phone Go to Display Go to Navigation Bar Change to Swipe gesture thanks Aluratek

Photos do not upload, app is barely functional, slow to respond, usb, SD, Wi-Fi doesn't matter, you send 1,2,5 or 20 photos it doesn't upload them, maybe you will get one to go through, but it never saves, and now the frame won't even power on, this POS is going back tomorrow, don't waste your time with this junk, worst gift I've even got for someone.

ZERO STARS. Pictures never end up on frame. App should connect directly with frame via Wi-Fi to install Pictures no need to send them through aluratek servers and have them valuable to privacy comprises. This app and the picture frame absolutely sucks. Garbage don't buy it or install it. ZERO STARS.

Bought this for my girlfriend, setup went well, and I was able to send a bunch of photos to it fine... but then after a few days any photos I sent would never show up on her frame even though the app says "successfully sent". UPDATE: If you are having this issue, power off your frame then unplug it, then plug it back in. The photos that failed to send should appear, that's how I fixed it
