Always Today

Always Today is a calm to-do list that keeps today in view.

Write a to-do the way you'd say it, "send the invoice Friday" or "water the plants this evening", and it lands on the right day with the right time. Today shows what's on now, with this evening set apart and yesterday's leftovers marked, so nothing slips quietly away. Upcoming, Anytime and Someday hold the rest. Areas, projects and headings keep bigger things in order.

A thin line under Today shows the shape of your day: a short mark for each thing planned at a time, a nick for each thing you finish, at the moment you finish it. It isn't a score. A day with few nicks is still a day.

On Android:
- Speak: say several to-dos, even in one breath, from the app, a widget, Quick Settings or the icon's menu. Your phone turns them into text, on the phone where it can.
- Reminders at the time you set, with Complete and Remind in an hour right on the notification.
- Widgets: Today with a box to tick each to-do; Next, one to-do at a time; the day line; and Speak and Add, which open right over your home screen.
- Share to Inbox from Chrome or any app.
- Your calendar's events beside your to-dos, read on the phone only.
- Tablets, foldables and Chromebooks get two or three panes and keyboard shortcuts.
- Text sizes from Default to Largest, a dark mode in warm browns, and a themed icon.

Let go of a to-do you've decided not to do: it goes to the Logbook with its own mark, not a tick. Keep a list as a collection, such as films to watch or books to read: it never finishes, and Pick one chooses for you. Once a week, "Still want these?" asks about the to-dos that have waited over a month, one at a time.

Free on one device, for as long as you like, with everything included. A plan adds sync between your devices on Android, Mac, Windows and Linux: they all show the same lists, moments after a change.
