Camera issue. Whenever I get into this app, the camera sensor automatically gets on. Even if I don’t take any pictures or scan the bar code, it still shows that the app is accessing camera. This ID serious security concern.

I have facing serious cooling problem, complained last 4th May 2023, but almost everyday they make a phone call from service center, hear the problem, assure me to send technician. Then 7 days ago technician came, inspected and informed me that it was gas problem and within 2/3 days they will change the gas. But 7 days passed till today noone comes to solve, but each and every day got call from service center who assuring to solve. I got only assurance but solution. What kind of service is this?
