AmarKarigor – Repair Services

AmarKarigor (আমার কারিগর) helps you find a repair technician near you – for your AC, refrigerator, washing machine, electrical and plumbing work, TV and electronics, computer, and more — anywhere in Bangladesh.

Find. Talk. Fix. Review.

FIND THE RIGHT TECHNICIAN
• Search by problem, skill, or area – "AC not cooling", "fridge compressor", "Uttara plumber".
• See technicians near you with the distance shown, or search by area name if you prefer not to share your location.
• Narrow the list by rating, visit fee, experience or who is taking jobs now, and sort by best match, distance, rating, jobs done or lowest visit fee.
• Compare profiles: expertise, years of experience, service area, visit fee, work photos, and whether the technician does home visits, workshop repairs, or both.
• See the ID verified badge – technicians whose identity documents our team has checked. It confirms identity only, not the quality of their work.

HONEST RATINGS AND REVIEWS
• Every review comes from a real completed job – nobody can review a technician without actually hiring them through the app.
• Ratings for quality, price, punctuality, and behaviour, so you know what to expect.

KNOW THE TYPICAL PRICE
• See what a repair like yours usually costs in your district, based on anonymised prices from previously completed jobs. No more guessing whether a quote is fair.
• Statistics are shown only when enough jobs exist, and they never reveal who paid what.

TALK DIRECTLY
• Message the technician in the app. Once they accept your request, call them or use WhatsApp if they've enabled it – numbers are never shown on profiles, so they can't be scraped.
• Send a photo of the problem so the technician can prepare.
• Block and report tools keep conversations safe.

SIMPLE REPAIR COORDINATION
• Send a service request with your problem, preferred time, and address.
• Follow the job: accepted, on the way, arrived, in progress, completed.
• Get the diagnosis and the final price breakdown (parts, labour, visit) recorded in the app so both sides have the same record.
• Pay the technician directly – in cash, bKash, Nagad, or however you agree. AmarKarigor does not take payments and charges no fee.

FOR TECHNICIANS
• Get listed in three quick steps – what you fix, where you work, publish – with no fee and no commission.
• See new requests, jobs in progress, unpaid jobs and your earnings on one Home screen.
• Receive requests from customers near you and manage them from one place.
• Build your reputation with reviews from completed jobs and an ID verified badge.

IN BANGLA AND ENGLISH
• Full Bangla interface with Bangla numerals and ৳ prices. Switch to English any time.

AmarKarigor is a marketplace: we connect you with independent technicians and help you communicate – we do not perform repairs ourselves, and we do not vet, employ or guarantee technicians. Check their reviews and agree the price before the work starts; prices are agreed directly between you and the technician.
