I had a plumber fix a leak and the toilet flush. He changed both however, he charged me for changing and fixing the toilet flush. Moreover, the leak was still there I contacted the customer service, and they acknowledged that he billed me twice and sent him again to fix the leak. After he fixed the leak, he wanted to bill me again. I refused. Tried to contact customer service again for the double billing they said they will call me but no one did, and they stopped answering.

It's a scam!! Beware!! I paid for a deep clean EGP 2.8k . It said 3 guys would come . Only 2 came, and I was practically begging them to do to clean the dust off the furniture. And when I asked them to do the dishes or change the bedsheets . They told me it was outside their scope . Outside the scope??? 2.8k outside the scope. This company is SCAM and thieves!! Don't ever order anything from there. Better yet uninstall the app. Consumer Protection Authority has been notified!!
