This is a fraud application, I'm done the charging of 35 euros and finished the charging and went home with car, next day it says the charge was of 280 euros, the changed the charging duration from 1 hour 34 minutes into 12 hours. The helpline also says they can't do anything, and they have no office also.

I attached my payment card to the app, but I can't charge my EV due to the authorization error. 2024 and the EV driving experience is ridiculous...
