The app is not working. Also requires to log in with an official ID card and continuing without a user account just gives an error and loops back to ask for an account.

Several times when I reserved charger and could go to charger because of construction work, or police closed the road, or I couldn't start the charging because charger couldn't communicate, or the app didn't work, bedroll took the 1 eur and never returned it, even though I complained.

What a joke!! Ive spend 45 min. Trying to register into the app. Ive been on the phone with bedroll and after 15 min they just hang up. Still not able to sign into the app and still not charged my car. Clown!

Will not accept any billing address! So complicated, and also tried to add payment through Google Pay, but now comes up with internal error. It's such a complicated system. You're losing money guys if I can't easily pay you, I'll find a different charge point!
