CHARGE ON THE GO
• Connect your electric vehicle with a suitable charging cable with the charging station. • Select the required charging point in the app. Enter your charging point number into the search box. • Select “Prepare charging”, choose your desired payment method and charging options and start charging. • As soon as the charging session has been approved, both cable ends will be locked. The cables can only be removed by you. • You can stop your charging session at any time.
Recent changes: Charging session export: In the Charging Data menu, you can now download your full charging session history, providing a complete and structured report for your records. In addition to the existing XLSX export, a PDF version is now also available, making it even easier to review and share your charging data.

Works well, and I am able to avoid going to a charge station if they are all occupied.

Works well enough for the most part. Careful if you are close to the limit on your credit card though. The charging started (as in, it said to plug in the cable etc.), but then stopped with "Charging paused" without any further indication about the issue. Also, it apparently then tries to charge your credit card again and again, I ended up with 11x €50 charges (reservations) on my credit card. Switching to PayPal for the time being fixed it though. But the status/error message should really be improved.

Total failure of charging on 3 separate chargers. No explanation, and the app refused to stop the attempted charge when nothing was plugged in any way

The app sucks. There is mo possibility to register and login and charge. It asks for vehicle contract. Also, I added a payment method but I can't use it. Useless and wastage of time.

Every time I used the app it charged me upfront 50 euro, this really sucks as no petrol station does this, also when charging session completed I have not received a difference between 50 euro that was taken upfront and the actual money I should be charged. Also, to start charging you need to scroll down as a first option you see is navigated even if you stay next to charger. Finding name of the charger in dark underground garage proofs to be mission impossible
