Works well enough for the most part. Careful if you are close to the limit on your credit card though. The charging started (as in, it said to plug in the cable etc.), but then stopped with "Charging paused" without any further indication about the issue. Also, it apparently then tries to charge your credit card again and again, I ended up with 11x €50 charges (reservations) on my credit card. Switching to PayPal for the time being fixed it though. But the status/error message should really be improved.

App is good but can have an easier interface. Male sure your phone is not on Power save mode. Mine does not work when my phone is on battery save. I have a Samsung Galaxy s8 plus. Any feedback on this is appreciated. Updated to 5 star due to the excellent customer care and replying swiftly to difficulties.

Every time I used the app it charged me upfront 50 euro, this really sucks as no petrol station does this, also when charging session completed I have not received a difference between 50 euro that was taken upfront and the actual money I should be charged. Also, to start charging you need to scroll down as a first option you see is navigated even if you stay next to charger. Finding name of the charger in dark underground garage proofs to be mission impossible

After firmware update I can't use any more my annoy ebox. It looks that ebox lost completely power supply... Why do you provide updates which haven't been properly tested?! Moreover, as the developer team suggested, I described the issue by email. However, since one month I did receive any response.

User experience is horrible. Payment doesn't work for 1st time, 2nd time. Uninstall, reinstall helps though. 3000 HUF is taken for every attempt. When charging doesn't start, money is given back in a few minutes. Fine. When it starts, money is only given back in a week(!). I charge for 500 HUF 10 times in 3 days, 30 thousand is kept for a week, 25 for nothing. Big Shame. You call it card payment, but it is a scam. This technology was forgiven 15 yrs ago, not in 2021.
