This APP should have been developed at the dawn of EV! EV is the cart and GoToU is the horse. GoToU takes the stress, guesswork, and research out of driving an EV! A wonderful APP whose use is not just for EV owners but EV renters too!

1. Positive approvals of charging station reservations are shown as "Your reservation was declined by operator" in push message 2. Arriving later (10-15 mins later) - in-app reservation icon wasn't shown at all, so I couldn't start charging 3. Arriving earlier (10-15 mins earlier) - in-app reservation icon freezes when you press "start charging", and charging process doesn't start Adress of charging station: 36, Lypynskogo str., Lviv, Ukraine Please check and fix these bugs. Thanks!

Topped up money, but later said it's the wrong currency and did not allow removal. Couldn't even top up again to charge. MAKE SURE YOUR CURRENCY IS IN THE COUNTRY YOU ARE IN, IF NOT IT WILL LOCK THE APP.

My bmw haven't starts charging. But the apps already start charging and draining my credit. So need stop charging and redo again. Eventually finished. Total charge 45 mins. But I book 30 mins. Need use my bmw apps to stop charging. The apps keep loading stop charging. Worst apps ever compare to others like jom charg etc. Not sure whether there's a refund

None of the 4 chargers worked, but I had already paid the minimum of £20 I tried again the next day and the second charger seemed to be working. However, the app said it was charging, so it cost me money, but the car didn't receive any of the charge. Support weren't interested and said my car must have charged. Useless.
