Pre-book option. I would highly recommend bringing back the pre-booking feature. To handle the issue of no-shows, you could require an upfront payment that is forfeited in case of a cancellation or no-show. This feature was your biggest competitive advantage, and many users would love to see it return.

2 chargers but space to park vehicle is for 1 only. Hyundai staff very unhelpful. Need counselling. They say charger is not theirs

Very, very bad experience with Charge Zone. I have used many EV charging networks across Kerala and other states, but I have never experienced such a terrible app and such poor customer service. Charge Zone blocked my wallet money, and even after charging was completed, the app kept showing the session as active. My own money remained locked, and I couldn't use it for another urgent charging session. Blocking customers' funds for up to 24 hours is completely unacceptable.

Where to enter otp ? Just keep getting otp every time but no enter otp screen also unable to continue as a guest it seems app don't know whether user should enter mobile number or continue as guest strange
