7/7/2024 ~ I'm here at the station that right off 17-C near Hampton Inn and Wendy's! You do have to drive through Hampton Inn Parking lot to get to it! I had to download yet another app because I didn't want to tap my card. Max kwH output was 60, but it was mostly at 44. I wanted a quick DC charge but for the 42 cents per kwH. I could have gone to AC J1772 for 35 cents per kwH if I had more time!

I was asked to update my review by the app developer. With a 2nd CSR, the issue of wrong app information was partly corrected & the charging price is now listed instead of saying "free" but the site owner info where they charge steep parking fees on top of the charging fees is not included (hopefully that individual location inputs correct info). ***Customer service sucked & app has the wrong info about the parking garages and rates.

Once you download the app, it all works great after you scan the QR code on the charger. The charger makes it seem like you can use a credit card but on the ones I used, that feature did not work. I did not try them when I was below 85 percent, so I don't know how fast they could be. Two separate cables per tower. Bulky cables but the same as most competitors. I've been using level 2 chargers or Tesla, so my perception is skewed.

Charge cable locked, and couldn't remove it. Wouldn't take my credit card. I had to set up the app. Before it would work.

The app have a pre-authorization for your credit card that will request at every transaction even if the previous transaction failed because of a failing charger. Then suddenly it will disconnect when actually charging using your $40 pre authorization saying that it needs a minimum balance of $5, probably a bad programming. Uninstalled the app, deleted the account, $80 frozen on my card and 4 mins charged. Worst app ever...

The app works but the chargers are almost never usable. I'm seriously thinking of asking gateway for my balance to be refunded

Doesn't recognize its own chargers on the app. I took a picture of the qr code shown on the charger, and I got an invalid station message. It was clearly not invalid since another vehicle was using charging port A while I was attempting to use B.
