Convenient to Universal Studios. Level 2 charger @ $1 / hour. App says parking is free, but I asked a worker at this Metro station, and he said it's not. You need a tap card to get started, and then I think it is $4 / day. I did 3 hours at Universal and topped off the juice for $24 less than parking at the parking structure.

7/7/2024 ~ I'm here at the station that right off 17-C near Hampton Inn and Wendy's! You do have to drive through Hampton Inn Parking lot to get to it! I had to download yet another app because I didn't want to tap my card. Max kwH output was 60, but it was mostly at 44. I wanted a quick DC charge but for the 42 cents per kwH. I could have gone to AC J1772 for 35 cents per kwH if I had more time!

I was asked to update my review by the app developer. With a 2nd CSR, the issue of wrong app information was partly corrected & the charging price is now listed instead of saying "free" but the site owner info where they charge steep parking fees on top of the charging fees is not included (hopefully that individual location inputs correct info). ***Customer service sucked & app has the wrong info about the parking garages and rates.

App doesn't find the station. Second time and I am calling again. The station number is: ZI-CA-0027. The app also makes it difficult to initiate a charge.

Worst destination charging ever. The chargers were in a hotel basement parking garage. The displays misleadingly say "port a free" which means available for use, not free electricity. You must download app to store credit card info and start a charge. If no cell or Wi-Fi in the parking garage, good luck. The charger counts down from 8 hours but stops charging after 2 hours, without signs of max time limit or that you'll need to pay $0.25/session and wake in middle of night to restart charging.

Trying to use a FREE charger but have to add the "minimum" of $5 to start the charge. However, you can't add just $5, as the minimum you can add to your account is $20. Feels scammy.

The app works but the chargers are almost never usable. I'm seriously thinking of asking gateway for my balance to be refunded
