I could only get 1 of the 4 charging stations to work. The others all had a blank screen. I needed the charger ID from the screen to start the charging process in the app. I have a Tesla model Y and I had brought the correct adapter with me.

If I could, I'd leave a 0-star rating. The fact that you have 6 chargers across the building from where I work at and NONE of them worked when I was trying to use one is just sad. On top of that, I could never create a new account as it would say "your account is disabled, contact an administrator). Like how am I blocked when I'm trying to create a new account? So when I tried using it as a guest, I got pre-charged $40 for each of the 3 times I tried using a charger. $120! Fix this ASAP!

Had an electric rental car for our vacation, couldn't even charge it at our hotel because our car was "to new" for the Gravity chargers they had. Will stick to fossil fuels from now on.
