Poor service, went to Bay Water to charge my car, the driver from some Swiss Luxury showed up and said that you cannot charge here we have contract with company from 4pm to 12am. I call customer support a lady picked up and said that and gave me another number for Operations while saying that she has no idea, and she is from the sales team. Called the operation number which turned out to be off. Called the customer support again, and she seems to be disconnecting my call again and again. Great!!!

they are stupid management mostly charges are broken not working properly if working slowly and some place in hotels they don't allow to charge the car.totaly waste of time and energy. They should install charger open parking or petrol station not inside buildings or hotels they are wasting our times always, and I contact many times with team but still every thing is same.
