They have a bunch of chargers at the Akaka VA clinic in Kapolei. However, I haven't been able to charge because of the god awful app. Still don't get why you have to deal with ID verification twice (they can get all the info/verifications they need from your phone account). The main problem with the verifications is that you have to leave the app to get the verification code, then go back to the app, and you have to start all over. This app sucks the big one.

Does what it needs to do, but that's about it. While I'm able to charge my car with no issue, it does not update with the status of my charge, although it seems it should. The in-app history is also blank not showing any information about any precious charges. It's just very poorly made and seems not tested at all. I want to know how much my current session is charging and how much power is being provided currently and how much it's charged. Also the app does state price before session.

The app does work well, but it requires always-on location tracking, even though it should work just fine when the app is running. I'm giving two stars because the app runs well, but any app that takes more permissions than necessary is highly suspect. If you are considering installing a charger at your property, please DO NOT CHOOSE XEAL.
